4.2 Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for the bonus.
• Bonus wagering requirement: 10x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• You will have 30 days to complete the wagering requirement.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Bets placed using bonuses must have minimum odds of 1.50.
• 1xbetma reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus at any time.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses.

6.2 Live Betting

• Odds can change rapidly during live betting.
• 1xbetma will not be held responsible if a bet is not accepted due to a technical issue.
• 1xbetma is not liable for any bets lost due to internet disconnection.

6.3 Result Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any event, 1xbetma's decision shall be final. We always verify results using recognized and trusted data sources.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1xbetma:

• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Match fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of an event.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Exploiting any vulnerabilities or technical errors on the platform.
• Harassing or intimidating other members.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fraudulent information.
